Request approval before returning hardware
Contact gpecPRO before sending any product back. The team will review the order, confirm whether it is eligible and provide return instructions. Unapproved shipments may not be accepted.
What to include
Provide the order reference, purchase email, product and reason for the request. For a suspected hardware defect, include a clear description of the behavior and any troubleshooting already completed.
Digital licenses and services
Vehicle credits, controller licenses, unlock work and custom tuning can involve activation or work that cannot simply be returned. Contact gpecPRO before assigning a credit or authorizing work if compatibility or scope is uncertain. Refund eligibility is reviewed against the order status and the written terms provided with the transaction.
