Use of the website and account
Use accurate information, protect account credentials and do not attempt to interfere with the service, bypass access controls or use another person’s hardware, license or account without authorization.
Vehicle work carries risk
Controller programming and calibration can affect safety, drivability, emissions compliance and component life. Confirm compatibility, maintain a stable power supply and follow the provided workflow. You are responsible for the vehicle, its condition, the calibration choices you approve and compliance with applicable law.
Products, prices and availability
Published specifications describe the identified current product revision and can change for future revisions. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Hardware, licenses and services may be sold separately, and availability or compatibility can be limited.
Intellectual property and files
gpecPRO software, site content and product materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You must have the right to provide any calibration, log, vehicle or other file submitted for support or service.
Order-specific terms
Shipping, return, warranty, service scope and licensing terms presented with an order also apply to that transaction. If there is a conflict, the specific written order terms control to the extent permitted by law.
