Where physical orders ship
Current Stargate and injector orders ship within the United States only. We do not currently offer international checkout for physical products.
Shipping charges and tax
Physical orders have a $50 flat shipping charge per order. Applicable tax and the final order total are shown during checkout before payment.
Processing and tracking
A payment confirmation is not a shipping confirmation. When tracking is available, it appears with the order in your gpecPRO account. Processing time can vary with hardware availability and order verification.
Questions about an order
Include the order reference and the email used for purchase so the team can locate the order. Do not send payment-card details or passwords by email.
