Terms for the current hardware revision
Stargate is currently offered as limited-release hardware. The written warranty duration, exclusions and remedy that apply to a unit are provided with its order. Request a copy before purchase if you need to review those terms first.
Hardware support
For a suspected defect, stop using the device if continued operation could affect the vehicle or hardware. Send the serial number, order reference, purchase email and a description of the issue. gpecPRO may request logs or troubleshooting steps before authorizing service or return.
Compatibility is separate
CAN network support, model year or vehicle make alone does not guarantee tuning or flashing support. Confirm the exact controller and software compatibility before purchase.
